Our New Gaff
So heres the place...
Upstairs next to the bathroom theres another double bedroom, slightly smaller than the other three but not tiny by any means.
The lino on the kitchen floor has ridden up to the edges so thats why it looks abit strange, but that will be sorted out before we move in; along with paint touch-ups, carpet and general cleaning.
The living room looks very small but because the kitchen is so big it all works as abit of an open plan socialising area.
Outside the conservatory area, the stairs lead up to quite a nice little garden area too. Also, at the end of the conservatory to the right theres a door which leads to a little alley out to the front of the house, perfect for storing bikes.
Now we all need to fill in the tenancy forms and send them bk asap!
